Cheol Hee Park Ph.D is a Professor of Japanese studies and international relations at the Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS) at Seoul National University. Now he is a visiting senior fellow at Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security at Atlantic Council. He served as dean of the GSIS from September 2016 to August 2018. Between 2012 and 2016, he was a director of the Institute for Japanese Studies at Seoul National University.
